| Return |
We will gladly accept material returns and will replace
the product or refund your money at your option. Customer
may return to us any goods that are defective solely by
obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from us
within 10 days of the date of delivery (as stated on the
delivery documentation). Customer must return the defective
goods within the period set forth in the RMA. If Customer
does not request an RMA within 10 days of receiving the
goods to be returned, or requests an RMA for goods that
are not defective, We may, at our sole discretion, refuse
to issue an RMA or may require that customer pay us a
restocking fee as a condition of issuing the RMA.
Returned Products must be packaged in its original shipping
cartons and must be complete with all packing materials
and in re-sellable condition. Return freight charges must
be prepaid by Customer and, as we are not responsible
for returned Products lost or damaged in transit.
